Job Summary:

Marco’s Pizza is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures excellent customer service, maximizes profitability, and maintains a positive team environment. Responsibilities:

Operations & Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
Maintain Marco’s Pizza standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Team Management & Development:

Hire, train, and develop employees to create a high-performing team.
Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize productivity and service.
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns proactively.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Customer Service & Sales Growth:

Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by leading by example.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Implement local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (pizza/QSR experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
