About the Job
We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join our Marco’s Pizza team!
Position: Pizza Insider / Team Member
Pay: $15.00/hour + pooled tips after 30 days
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR CLOSING SHIFTS & WEEKENDS.
What You’ll Do:
- Take customer orders and provide great service.
- Prepare pizzas, subs, salads, and other menu items.
- Work the register and answer phones.
- Assist with food prep and cleaning.
- Complete closing duties and help get the store ready for the next day.
- Work as a team during busy dinner and weekend shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Available nights and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with customers and coworkers.
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
