About the Job
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Lead who can help run great shifts, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service.
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + pooled tips after 30 days.
Must be available for closing shifts and weekends.
As a Shift Lead, You’ll:
- Lead the team and keep shifts running smoothly.
- Assign tasks and help keep employees on track.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help prepare pizzas and other menu items.
- Handle cash and register responsibilities.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and store standards.
- Complete opening/closing responsibilities.
- Step up and help wherever needed during busy periods.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Has a positive attitude and leads by example.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates well with employees and customers.
- Is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift.
- Has restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
